The Challenge

Taking a farmhouse site with an historically significant observation tower and maintaining the integrity of the rural setting. The scope of the project involved the relocation of the attached garage to allow for a different use of the space.

The Solution

Locating the new garage/barn in such a way on the site that created a courtyard and a focused view of the historic tower. The new board and batten siding will age gray over time to match the siding on the tower
